Terms of service

Last updated: 14 September 2026

1. The service

allow402 lets you call paid APIs that use the x402 protocol with prepaid credits. When you make a call, allow402 pays the API provider from its own funds and deducts the corresponding credits from your balance.

2. Your account

You must keep your API keys secret. You are responsible for all calls made with your keys.

3. Credits and prices

Credits are purchased by card or with USDC. Prices are shown in US dollars, all taxes included. Credits are available once payment is confirmed. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and do not expire.

4. Refunds

Credits for a call that fails are returned to your balance automatically. If you are a consumer, you may request a refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase. If we close your account without fault on your part, unused credits are refunded. Otherwise, purchased credits are non-refundable.

5. Third-party APIs

The APIs you call are operated by third parties. We don't control them and give no warranty on their availability or responses. Payments made on a blockchain are final.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use allow402 for illegal purposes, fraud or abuse. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or on the site before they apply. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
